A chair made out of tennis netting. Where others spend ages trying to find the perfect, hard wearing material for their outdoor seating. Bertjan Pot looks around for a material that is already in common use.
By the designer Bertjan Pot, “There are not that many soft-skin outdoor chairs. Mostly you bring a pillow outside to sit down into your garden furniture and then take it back inside when it starts to rain. In the net we saw the possibility to make a soft (comfortable) outdoor-chair.”
The Tie-Break chair is produced by Richard Lampert.
